Applications
Applications are sent out upon request, or they may be downloaded from the website. We have three Enrollment Periods (Fall, Winter, and Spring). If we reach the maximum enrollment before the cutoff date, then all later applicants will be considered for the next enrollment period. Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent out the week of the cutoff date of the enrollment period.
Enrollment Periods
● September 15: Application cutoff date is August 30
● December 15: Application cutoff date is November 30
● March 15: Application cutoff date is February 28
Basic Admission Requirements
● Certificate Programs: GED or High School diploma
● Bachelor Degree Programs: High School diploma, Nursing diploma, or an Associate's Degree
● Master Degree Programs: Bachelor Degree
● Doctorate Degree Programs: Master's Degree
Additional Application Requirements
The following provisions are required before the Evaluation Committee can make a decision regarding the candidate's acceptance:

Official School
Transcripts: This includes
nursing schools for nurses. Those who have only high
school
transcripts must send an official copy, and
those with college education can send just these
transcripts.
● A current resume along with 2 recent passport-size photographs.
● Three reference
letters. They may be from your
employer, a teacher, a clergy member, or a respected
person of the community. No family members
or friends are permitted to write a letter of
recommendation.
Transfer Credits/Degrees
● PPNC
will only accept authentic degrees
earned from a recognized University, College, or Nursing
Diploma School.

We only accept Certified Official Transcripts sent
directly to the school from the institution. (Unofficial
copies of transcripts are not acceptable.)
● Transfer credits are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
● We do give some credit for life experience in some cases.
Student Payment Policy
Please Note: All dollar amounts reflect USA Currency
● Application Fee: Non-Refundable
- $50 US
- $62 Canadian
● Administration Fee: $150 for the overall length of the student's program
● Tuition Program Cost: Per credit hour/program:
- $55 for Undergraduate Degrees
- $95 per Graduate Degrees
● Certification Program: $1,000 includes all course materials and books.
● Course Materials:
For the Undergraduate and Graduate Programs, all course
materials are purchased
from the school and are not included in the
overall program cost.
● Down Payment: Amount varies per course, first payment due prior to course(s) being sent.
● In-House Payment
Plan: Each student will receive a copy
of the payment chart for their program. All
payments are due on the 4th of each month.
● Payment in Full:
Each course prior to course being sent or payment in
full for the entire program.
Payment of entire program cost will receive
a 10% discount.
● $35/monthly supervision paid to the
supervisor. This is an addition to the Program Cost.
There is not a discount on supervisor fees.
● Credit Card payments: PayPal is available for students desiring to pay online.
● Monthly Statements: PPNC does
NOT send
out monthly statements. Payment logs are issued to each
student upon their acceptance. All students are
responsible for making timely payments.
All payments are due on the
4th of each month.
● Checks postmarked
after the
10th will
be charged a $25 late fee if an
authorized extension has
not been granted (Please see "Tuition
Probation").
● The student is responsible to pay for all course work that has been issued.
● Withdrawal Fees:

Program Withdrawal: A $50
withdrawal/drop program fee will be charged a student
upon
withdrawal/drop from a program.
- Course Withdrawal: The current auditing fee of $60 will be charged per course dropped.
● A 10% discount is offered for the second person when a husband and wife take courses together.
● Supervision Payments are made directly
to the supervisor and are
NOT considered part of the
program cost.
Time Requirements
There are set requirements for course completion. Students may complete the degree program at a reasonable pace. Once completed and all financial obligations have been met, the Certificate/Degree will be awarded.
● 2 & 3 credit course is 4-6 weeks.
● 4 credit course is 8-10 weeks.
● 5 credit course is 10-12 weeks.
● Non-degree Certification Programs take between 6-8 months to complete.
● Transferring from a
Certification to a Degree program can be
done with the understanding that
the course difference will be charged to
the student.
● Thesis is to be completed no later than 1 year after completing the program.
● Dissertation time is 1 1/2 years after Program completion.
● 4 supervisions are required during the writing of the Thesis/Dissertation.
Course Extensions
● A written formal
extension for a course must be submitted
to your supervisor. If it is not in writing,
it will NOT
be granted.
● Authentic degrees earned from a
recognized University, College, or Nursing Diploma
School
are accepted by PPNC Seminary.
● Certified Transcripts will need to be submitted.
● Unofficial transcript copies are not acceptable.
● Life experience can earn some credit.
● Transfer credits are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
● All coursework is done through independent study and mentoring.
● Student practicum's are to be done in the location where the student resides.
● Courses are subject to change and in this event, an equivalent course will be provided.
Supervision
● Students are required to have
supervision every
4-5 weeks while they are active in the
program.
This is the time where one-on-one teaching
takes place.
● Supervision payments of
$35/per supervision session
and are the student's responsibility.
Payments are made directly to the
supervisor.
● Appointments are scheduled in advance
and are to be respected.
24 hour advanced notice is
required if an appointment cannot be kept.
● Regularly changing appointment time is strongly discouraged.
● An accessible phone
number must be given where supervisors
can contact the student and
leave messages.
Probation
Academic Probation results when the coursework is not completed within the required time, or when a formal extension has not been granted.

From the day you are
formally notified of your probation, you will be given
two additional weeks to
complete the course
requirements. If the course assignments are still not
completed, no credit will
be
given for the course and you will need to retake the
class.
●
Tuition
Probation results when a student exceeds
30 days without making their tuition payment.
Tuition payments are due
on the 4th of the month.
●
A late
fee of $25 will automatically be
charged if payment is postmarked
after the 10th or a
formal
tuition extension
has not been accepted.
●
When a student is put on Formal
Probation, Academic, or Tuition, they will have no
formal
supervision until the situation is rectified.
●
If the student does not
contact the school within 90 days of
their last paid payment, then the bill will
be submitted to a collection agency and the
student will be dropped from the program.
Tuition Refunds
● Student withdrawal from a class before 21 days are up: the student is charged the rate of a class audit.
● Student withdrawal from a class beyond 21 days: the full rate of the course is charged the student.
All subject topics must first be approved. Students will be provided guidelines on writing the paper, thesis, or dissertation. In lieu of a senior Paper, Master's Thesis, or Doctoral Dissertation, a pre-approved project may be done.
● Bachelor Degree: 15,000 words/app. 65-70 pages
● Master's Thesis: 20,000 words/app. 80-200 pages
● Doctorate Dissertation: 40,000 words/app. 150-200 pages.
The Thesis and/or Dissertation cannot be reviewed by your supervisor before you turn it in. The supervisor can, however, brainstorm with you, review your outline, and discuss content.
For your Bachelor Degree, Master Degree Thesis and/or Doctorate Dissertation, you are required to submit four (4) bound copies. One copy will become the property of the school and the other 3 copies will be graded and returned to the student.
All copyrights remain the sole property of the student. Therefore, if PPNC Seminary desires to publish a particular piece of work, the school will request permission from the student.
Honorary Degrees
PPNC, as with most institutions of high education, will occasionally award an honorary degree to a person of great accomplishment. Honorary degrees are awarded soley for the accomplishments and contributions that a person has made in their field.
